Today, cancer is one of the most serious diseases (it does not respect age, or sex ...), but if the doctors found it early, you have the probability to survive, since there are many advances on cancer. From my point of view, we should spend more money in research of these serious diseases to find cures more effective and not spend as much, for example, in observations in space.
